We were unsure about taking the leap and working with Gaspar’s design team to help us redesign a very small kitchen and expanding it into the dining room. We have used Gaspars for 3 significant projects, the most recent being a principal bathroom remodel. Each experience has been wonderful. Very responsive and personable. Very meticulous and detail oriented, always with customer satisfaction in mind. They always start projects with a separate design contract, followed by a full quote and schedule before the main contract. For us, the design contract was the most important step! Gaspar's home remodel quality was great. Craftsmanship was great. And Sarah (Owner) was instrumental in allowing the process to evolve to allow for updates to design as well as providing the perfect material samples to make it work. From the first interview to our completion celebration,Gaspar’s was outstanding in service and quality. Their process, teamwork, communication, and openness to my husband’s and my feedback made our kitchen “refresh” an adventure rather than a trial.
